After leading teams of +30,000 sales representatives and working in management role positions in sales and marketing for Gillette, Nuskin and Natura, in 2008 I changed my career path to focus on sustainable development. My passion is to empower stakeholders committed to tackling environmental and social problems.

I have worked with the Mexican Federal Government, Corporates and Ashoka Fellows designing sustainable business strategies, searching for impact investment and participating in the creation of innovative social programs that have directly improved the lives of +100,000 families and indirectly over 5 million people.

Convinced on the power of collaborative building, in 2017 I founded Pro Bono Venture, a pro bono intermediary and venture philanthropy operator powered by the Global Pro Bono Network and experienced intermediaries in USA, LATAM and Europe. I am currently member of the Global Pro Bono Council representing LATAM, member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, and also a social entrepreneur, mentor and consultant.
