CrossFields is a Japanese not-for-profit organization which connects social and business sectors to create social impacts.
CrossFields has been developing various programs under the vision of creating “A world where social issues continue to get solved.”
Since our founding in 2011, CrossFields has been providing a Corporate Volunteering Program (CVP) as a pro bono program.  CVP delegates Japanese corporate employees to NGOs and social enterprises in Asia for 3~12 months as volunteers using their professional skills and expertise to contribute to solving social issues that NGOs and social enterprises are tackling.
